THE DIRECTORS
Paul Newman is an accomplished restaurant and bar based sales & marketeer and operator with more than 20 years experience in the wines and spirit, drinks brands and bar & restaurant industries. More recently Paul was a founder member and shareholder in The Living Room restaurant and bar concept, which built from the first site in 1999 to 13 by 2006. Previous to that Paul was the regional brand manager for Absolut Vodka.
Ben Rafferty is an experienced restaurant and bar operator and previously a performance bartending champion. Ben is a licensed leisure specialist with over 17 years experience from a broad spectrum of the Industry including the U.K, Middle East and Australasia. Ben has been directly involved in a total of 36 new site openings and acquired over 23 licensed sites for small and blue chip businesses.
