AI just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful evening on Friday/ Halloween, the staff's costumes were brilliant! Service was lovely and food absolutely amazing. It was only our first visit but we will definitely be back! I also wanted to pass on my apologies for the lack of tip at the end of the meal, neither my boyfriend or I had any cash and I was hoping there would be a function on the chip and pin reader to add one on to the bill? So I'm very sorry to the waiter that served us (the joker!) but we shall be sure to leave an extra something next time we visit! Apologies for not contacting you sooner, but I just wanted to say thank-you for the effort you and the staff made to made our event on the 19th September such a great night. The food was excellent, even though the majority was eaten by my brother-in-law whose appetite knows no bounds! The bar staff were great (and very overworked), as was Pete on the door. Hello Jayne, After spending the evening at Residence last Saturday night, I would just like to comment on how beautiful the food was. The service by our allocated waiter was also brilliant. It can't be easy for a young man to walk into a room full of women. So well done to him!! Everyone has said how beautiful the room was, I think the evening was generally a great success enjoyed by all!!

I have been here on 2 occasions and was not disappointed on either. The staff are attentive without being overbearing, the food is superb with many different dishes to try and the decor is marvellous. Definitely eat here if you get the chance. Hi there, I wanted to write to just express my thanks for a great meal on Sunday (Mother's Day) - It was my parents Ruby Wedding Anniversary & nine of us came to the Residence for a meal on Sunday lunchtime - obviously I wanted it to be perfect as it was an important occasion & you didn't let us down!! The food was absolutely excellent, as was the service - every single member of staff we dealt with was extremely polite and helpful. Was a guest at a private party on Friday 25th Jan. First visit to the Residence and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The young gentelman on the bar was pleasant, personable and very good at his job. Myself and my friends will be visiting again. All credit to yourselves ! We have been to Residence three times recently and really enjoyed each visit. The food has been great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I particularly like being able to book a table online. The range of food is excellent and represents good value for money. When we visited in December you gave us a voucher for use in January. We visited yesterday afternoon and were lucky enough to find that our voucher was for 100% off the meal. This was an unexpected bonus at the end of a great meal. My only slight gripe is the availability of wines. The list is great but each time I have visited my first choice has not been available. This is not a big problem as we like lots of different wines but it would be nice if most wines were available. That said, we still have a great time when we visit and we will definitely be back.
