Food Menu Autumn Winter 2008/09
The Residence's new menu is here and continues with the philosophy that our loyal, regular customers will want to visit several times a week and each time have a different experience.
The Residence's new Autumn/Winter menu still has its freshly produced, wholesome focus but with some significant changes. Our ever popular Resideli Boards, now have a ‘hot’ selection featuring options such as Oriental Chicken & Beef served with rice pancakes and dipping sauce or the Prawn Medley board presented in small skillets to share with crusty bread. New main courses include Pork Loin Fillet marinated in honey, mustard and cider and served with fondant potato and apple or Fresh Sea Bream with crushed new potatoes and sun blushed tomatoes, served with a lemon and coriander dressing. In our hearty Comfort Zone, we have added Beef and Ale Casserole with dumplings or Homemade Chilli Con Carne with garlic bread along with keeping your favourites such as Sausage and Mash and Battered Fish & Chips with mushy peas.
We have also incorporated our terrace/lunch menu into the main menu to ensure your lunch choices will stay available throughout the Autumn Winter period.
Our business relies on ‘word of mouth’ to progress and on that basis we ask you, our loyal members, to help spread the word in order to keep the Residence as your and your friend’s proverbial ‘third place’ going forward.

Brunch Menu Autum Winter 2008/09
Our New Brunch menu is available every Sunday from 11am til 6pm and features favourites such as Traditional Sunday Roast with Yorkshire Pudding to Full English Breakfast and Eggs Benedict.

We hope you will enjoy our wines as much as we have enjoyed finding and indeed tasting them!
We have chosen the wines on our list first and foremost because they taste good and offer great value. We then tasted them with the menu to make sure they work well with a range of our dishes. However, when it comes to matching food and wine there are no rules - You are in charge.

Cocktail & Drinks Menu
At the Residence we have a passion for making the best drinks, using the finest ingredients. We have put together a collection of fine spirits and liqueurs and blended these with the highest quality mixing ingredients that have all passed our daily taste test for freshness.
This drinks list is ever evolving and we will continually tailor its contents to suit as many tastes as possible.

Christmas Menu 2008
Christmas bookings are now being taken at the Residence and although we are still enjoying our summer, they are coming in thick and fast. Please see the attached menu for full details or call Jayne on 01270 629 100
The Residence is expecting similar interest as last year for Christmas bookings, which is why we have released our menu early to ensure our regular customers can pencil in their celebrations whilst there is still availability.
New Years Eve 2008
After a hugely successful Venetian Carnival Masquerade New Years Eve party last year, the Residence has stepped it up and this year. We have Cabaret by Elvis Presley (aka Paul Larcombe) along with full fun casino tables, and for those who want the full hit the restaurant features a six course gourmet dinner.
Terrace & Lunch Menu
The Residence outside terrace is now fully open, so weather permitting come on down and soak up the sun whilst snacking from our new Terrace menu.
Our Terrace menu also doubles up as a lighter lunch menu in our restaurant.
