After a hugely successful Venetian Carnival Masquerade New Years Eve party last year, the Residence has stepped it up and this year. We have Cabaret by Elvis Presley (aka Paul Larcombe) along with full fun casino tables, and for those who want the full hit the restaurant features a six course gourmet dinner.

The Residence features live music every Thursday night from 9pm. It’s free to come in so enjoy the live entertainment in fantastic opulent surroundings. Why not book an early table online for dinner by clicking FOOD and then saunter through to the bar for cocktails and enjoy the fabulous atmosphere that live music provides.
Sunday Brunch also features live music every Sunday afternoon from 1pm. Why not pop in have a Bloody Mary or a chilled glass of Pink Champagne, order your Eggs Benedict with freshly home baked English muffins, read the Sunday papers and listen to laid back boogie-woogie and blues.

The Private Dining Room seats from 10 to 18 people and the Function Suite up to 70. You can choose from our set menus or create your own with our Chefs.

As part of Chester’s 2008 Food & Drink Festival, the City celebrated its region’s food and drink on Tuesday March 25 by holding the seventh annual glittering Gala Awards dinner. The event held at Chester Racecourse, marked the climax of the main Festival, whose fringe Festival continues with special offers and meal deals at restaurants across the city.
